Steven Xoao is a Community Manager for Cryptoskulls, a 2019 historical NFT project and the 2nd 10k PFP after CryptoPunks. He is passionate about Historical NFTs and the importance of provenance. He is a public speaker for Cryptoskulls in NFT events in the UK and an NFT artist in Web3. Professionally, he is a digital consultant and a creative director with consulting experience at top consulting firms like KPMG, designing apps for startups and Fortune 500 companies such as HSBC, RBS, Natwest, Legal & General, Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble and Jaguar Land Rover.
Since 2016, he has won the Jaguar Land Rover Hackathon, the London R3 Corda, London Blockchain Hackathon, ETH Global London. He worked as Head of Design for a blockchain startup called ARAW in 2017. Since 2016, he has been working in Web3, consulting for blockchain startups, for the past 6 years where has invested into building communities and products for the future. In 2022, he won 1st Prize at Nearcon 2022 in Lisbon and founded an ed-tech startup creating a proof of learning platform on-chain. He currently runs DGENs, a digital design agency specialising in branding, design thinking, user experience and best-in-class UX for web2 / web3 brands looking to onboard the next billion users into web3.
