Christian Listérus is the CEO and co-founder of Swedish start-up Lingon Certificates – an early adopter in the web3 space. Lingon tokenized collectables and art prints in limited editions for a major brand in the photo art industry already in 2018.
As a seasoned entrepreneur in the tech space for almost 30 years and an active investor, Christian has experienced several disruptive market changes. He decided to go all out for his new venture after learning about the embedded traits of blockchain technology.
In 2023, Lingon launched a no-code, non-crypto self-service tokenization platform for users in need of proof of authenticity and proof of ownership. This has since evolved into a full-fledged platform for Digital Product Passports, in line with the new EU policies for sustainability. Christian and his team is currently serving the producing industry with “industrial NFTs” on the Chromia blockchain, in close cooperation with strategic partners Sigma Technology and ChromaWay.
Christian has a background in the telecommunications industry and started his first company in Germany in the mid-nineties. After exiting, he helped other companies scale, advised on M&A deals, ran a private equity fund, and managed a major retail chain in the Netherlands.
