Veronica Kirin (she/her/hers) is an anthropreneur and author. She is the founder of AsteriskDAO, a Web3 startup working to change the paradigm of women’s non-reproductive health worldwide, and cofounder of Anodyne Magazine, which publishes FLINTA* health experiences.
She has been named a Forbes NEXT 1,000 business leader and a BEQ 40 LGBTQ Leader Under 40. Her two TEDx Talks feature her anthropological research on paradigm shifts. Her first book, Stories of Elders (Identity Publications, 2018), won the 2020 National Indie Excellence Award for U.S. History and was a finalist for the 2020 International Book Awards for general history. The documentary based on the book also won finalist honours in the 2020 Lift-Off Film Festival, a global short-film showcase. Her latest work, Stories of COVIDβ’, is documenting the pandemic in real-time for future generations.
Veronica Kirin has 15+ years of experience as a leader and implementer. Her career started with two terms in the National Civilian Community Corps, with whom she deployed across the USA performing disaster relief and humanitarian aid. She has since founded nonprofits, startups, and small businesses. She is regularly engaged as a consultant to advise early- to mid-stage businesses to leverage the tools of scaling to solve burnout. She not only specializes in building new businesses from the ground up but also restructuring internal business systems for growth-oriented operational efficiency to give the founder more freedom. Veronica has commanded all facets of brand strategy, business operations, web management, B2C and B2B marketing, business scaling, AI integration, and entrepreneurial financial literacy, to place her as one of the top sought-after consultants for growth-stage businesses. Her clients have been featured on the Today Show and TEDx, received shares from BeyoncΓ© and Martha Stewart, and more. She speaks at conferences and events worldwide to shift the mindset of business leaders and give them the tools they need to scale their impact and reclaim their time.
